Fannin County, Texas Section 8 Voucher Waiting List

The Texoma Council of Governments (TCOG) is accepting Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications for Fannin County from May 9, 2023 at 8:00 am CT, until further notice.

There are two ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Pick up an application from the Bonham TEAM Center, located at 806 W. 16th Street in Bonham, TX on Tuesdays from 9:00 am until 12:00 pm.
2. Call (903) 893-2161 Ext. 3536 to have a application be mailed.

The maximum income limits for each household size are as follows:

• 1 Person $25,950 | 5 Persons $40,050
• 2 Persons $29,650| 6 Persons $43,000
• 3 Persons $33,350 | 7 Person $45,950
• 4 Persons $37,050 | 8 Persons $48,950

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received.
