Liberty County, Texas Limited Section 8 Voucher Waiting List

The Liberty County Housing Authority (LCHA) last accepted Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications on a limited basis from March 20, 2024, until further notice. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: According to the LCHA notice, this waiting list was for "Liberty County Resident or Employed in Liberty County."

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to pick up an application from the LCHA office.

Once the application was completed, it was returned to the LCHA office.

This waiting list had the following preferences: Liberty County resident or Employed in Liberty County.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
