San Marcos Housing Authority Section 8 Voucher Waiting List

The San Marcos Housing Authority (SMHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently closed. It was last open in December 2016. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to visit the SMHA office.

This waiting list has the following preferences: Live or work in San Marcos (or have accepted a job in San Marcos, but have not yet relocated), Public Housing residents in San Marcos who have been displaced by natural disaster in the last six months.

Applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, by order of preferences.
