Round Rock, Texas Section 8 Voucher Waiting List

The Round Rock Housing Authority (RRHA) last accepted Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from March 5, 2024, until March 7, 2024. This waiting list was last open in March, 2017.There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

There were two ways to apply while the waiting list was open:

1. Pick up an application from the RRHA office.
2. Print the paper application.

Once the application was completed, it was either:

1. Dropped off at the RRHA office.
2. Postmarked between March 5, 2024 and March 7, 2024 and mailed to the RRHA.

 The maximum income limits for each household size were as follows:

• 1 Person $40,900 | 5 Persons $63,100
• 2 Persons $46,750 | 6 Persons $67,750
• 3 Persons $52,600 | 7 Persons $72,450
• 4 Persons $58,400 | 8 Persons $77,100

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

600 applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery.
