Salt Lake City, Utah Section 8 Voucher Waiting List

The Housing Authority of Salt Lake City (HASLC) last accepted Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from June 1, 2023, until September 22, 2023. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: This is a joint waiting list opening by the Housing Authority of Salt Lake City and Housing Connect (formerly the Housing Authority of the County of Salt Lake). Applicants can use the same online application portal to apply for each housing authority's waiting list.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Termination due to insufficient funding
• Non-Elderly Disabled
• Victims of Domestic Violence

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, by order of preferences.
