Beaver Housing Authority Section 8 Voucher Waiting List

The Beaver Housing Authority is currently accepting Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications.Please note:  This housing authority manages a small number of vouchers and the waiting list is approximately 3 years long.

There are three ways to apply for Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers:

1. Request an application be mailed to you by calling 435-438-2935, Monday-Friday, during normal office hours.

2. Visit the housing authority to pick up an application, located at 325 E. Ctr., Beaver, UT 84713, during normal office hours, Monday-Friday.

3. Request an application be faxed to you by calling/faxing 435-438-2935.

Once the application has been completed it can be mailed, hand delivered, or faxed to the address and phone number listed above. No documents are needed at this time.

This housing authority does have a preference for elderly and disabled individuals.
