Henry County, and the City of Martinsville, Virginia Section 8 Voucher Waiting List

The Danville Redevelopment and Housing Authority Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list for Henry County, and the City of Martinsville is closed.

The DRHA last accepted applications for this waiting list from April 1, 2022, until April 30, 2022. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Please note: According to the DRHA website, "Anyone that applies must reside in Martinsville/Henry County for one year after receiving their voucher."

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
