Wise County, Virginia Section 8 Voucher Waiting List

The Wise County Redevelopment and Housing Authority (WCRHA) is accepting Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from October 9, 2014, until further notice.

There are two ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Print the application available online.
2. Pick up a pre-application at the WCRHA office, located at 107 Litchfield Street NW, Coeburn, VA 24230.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it must be mailed to:

Copies of the following documentation is required of all members of the household: Picture ID (if 18+), birth certificate, Social Security Card, DD 214 (if a veteran), income verification (if applicable).

This waiting list has the following preferences: Elderly, disabled, reside in Wise County, veteran, homeless.
