Prince William County, Virginia Non-Elderly Disabled (NEDS) Section 8 Voucher Waiting List

The Prince William County Office of Housing and Community Development Non-Elderly Disabled (NEDS) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is closed. 

The OHCD last accepted applications for this waiting list for one day only on April 20, 2022. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: According to the OHCD public notice, "To be eligible for this application, must meet the following requirements:

• Non-elderly disabled families, defined as families with a head, co-head or spouse under age 61 who is disabled and;
• Live or work in Prince William County"

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

100 applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences.
