Carroll and Grayson County; and Galax City, Virginia Section 8 Voucher Waiting List

The Rooftop of Virginia Community Action Program (RVCAP) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently closed. It was last open for one day on August 28, 2024 and in February 2017 prior to that. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online Section 8 application here.

This waiting list had the following preferences: Live or work in the service area, live in Virginia.
