Okanogan County, Washington Section 8 Voucher Waiting List

The Housing Authority of Okanogan County (HAOC) last accepted Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from September 18, 2023, until December 18, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to print the paper application.

Once the paper application was completed, it was either:

• Mailed to the HAOC.
• Faxed to the HAOC.
• Dropped off at the HAOC drop box.

The maximum income limits for each household size were as followed:

• 1 Person $29,250 | 5 Persons $45,100
• 2 Persons $33,400 | 6 Persons $48,450
• 3 Persons $37,600 | 7 Person $51,800
• 4 Persons $41,100 | 8 Persons $55,150

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Families with Children
• Victims of Domestic Violence
• Involuntarily Displaced

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, by order of preferences.
