The Sheboygan Housing Authority (SHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently open until further notice.

There are two ways to apply:

  1. Visit the SHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 611 N. Water Street, Sheboygan, WI 53081, during normal office hours.
  2. Download a pre-applicaiton on the SHA home page titled "Housing Authority Assistance Application" under "Forms" in the middle of the web page, then print and complete.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.

No documents are needed at this time.
