The Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list for Calumet, Kewaunee, Ozaukee, and Sheboygan County; and the City of Hartford is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least March, 2021, until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, print the paper application available here. Scroll down to the "WISCONSIN HOUSING AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (WHEDA)" section, and select the green button for the county of interest.

Once the application has been completed, it must be returned to:
