Vacaville, California Section 8 Voucher Waiting List

The Vacaville Housing Authority (VHA) last accepted Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from February 26, 2024, until March 11, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen. 

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.

The maximum income limits for each household size were as followed:

• 1 Person $40,500 | 5 Persons $61,800
• 2 Persons $45,800 | 6 Persons $66,400
• 3 Persons $51,500 | 7 Person $70,950
• 4 Persons $57,200 | 8 Persons $75,550

Preferences have not been confirmed.

400 selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery.
