Boulder County, Colorado Mainstream Voucher Waiting List

The Boulder County Housing Authority (BCHA) Mainstream Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program waiting list is closed.

The BCHA last accepted applications for this waiting list for one day only on February 8, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Seniors (age 62+)
• Individuals ages 18+ with a disability
• Households with children

Selected applicants were placed on this waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences.
