As a full service HVAC contractor, we install repair and service all types of HVAC equipment including ducted ac and gas furnace split systems, ducted ac and heat pump split systems, rooftop ac units (RTU), water source heat pumps (WSHP), packaged terminal ac units (PTAC) and more. Service call fee for the check up in Brooklyn, Queens and Staten Island is 200$ per system. Service call fee for the check up on Manhattan and in the Bronx is 300$ per system. Service call fee will go towards final repair, maintenance or replacement cost of that particular system.
Our minimum repair cost for labor is 450$ for each job.
