HOW I DO IT: Depending on the needs and goals of each business, I do simple bookkeeping, AR and AP, analyze financial statements, build accounting system, create process improvements and reports and systems automation, create and update business plans, develop complex forecasting models, create and manage budgets including variance analysis, analyze key performance indicators and profitability drivers, perform business valuations, industry and market research, provide cost-benefit analysis for projects, and review marketing efforts.
