POLICY 1: The diagnostic fee for a stacked unit is different than the diagnostic fee for a side-by-side unit
POLICY 2: Weekends, Holidays, Rush hours traffic and after-hours fees may apply
POLICY 3: No show policy will apply depending on distance (65$-120$)
POLICY 4: Electrical parts are not covered by the warranty and cannot be returned. Other parts are guaranteed for 2 months. In case of problems with the replaced parts within 2 months, we DON'T charge for the part and labor, only charge a service fee
POLICY 5: Consultation and Estimate 30-35$ by phone ( if you do not want to spend money on a service call (diagnostics)
POLICY 6: If urgent service is required, an additional fee may apply.
