I enjoy working on aquariums, fish, reptiles, ponds, and serving the community. I’m always learning how to do better. Even today I learned something new from my customers. I am currently based in Cupertino temporarily.
I currently do service packages for a rate of $85 per cleaning if we prepay for 6 cleanings. ($510)
There is also a 12 cleanings package at $80 per cleaning. ($960)
These service packages includes regular cleanings as necessary to keep your aquarium in good shape. It is an investment that will get your aquarium on the right track.
Cleaning by cleaning, I charge $85 per hour including travel time to and from your location to mine. But I am willing to do an introductory cleaning at $170.
Currently, I am only working 7am to 6pm. Any jobs after 6pm, I charge $100 per hour.
My guarantee of work is that I will refund any reasonable amount for my mistakes or misjudgment regarding fish or equipment. I want to do things right and get them right. Refunds should be issued within 10 days or by arrangement.
The average cost for a freshwater system is $1500 plus or minus and for a saltwater system $2500 plus or minus depending on various factors.
Tips: Please replace carbon monthly and clean canister filters so they don't get clogged. Never clean filters under tap water. Use only conditioned water or tank water.
Using an automatic feeder is best.
Chemipure is a great product that I found that works well to help keep all tanks healthy. It lasts longer than the monthly carbon.
Never do more than 40% water change unless there is an emergency.
