A typical new home plan takes roughly 30 to 50 hours to complete. We also design home remodeling projects. What sets us apart from most other Draftsmen is I was a home builder and remodeler for 36+ years. I have worked on and overseen residential and commercial projects. We are a CAD Designer service, and we produce CAD Drawings. A lot of the draftsmen can draw up blueprints on a CAD program, but they do not have any actual job site experience on how a house is built and the correct materials to use.
We can draw up architectural blueprint plans for anyone in the United States. My experience has been buying big residential homes and renovating them into apartments. I bought houses and remodeled them to sell them or rent them out. I have designed and built lower-level or basement mother-in-law suites from scratch in homes. I have design blueprints and construction documents for new homes, house additions, and apartment buildings. The biggest project that I have drawn up blueprints for and built was a 23-unit apartment complex in Louisville, KY. I have years of experience in property management, new home builds, and remodeling existing structures, commercial and residential. I drafted blueprints for all of these properties to obtain building permits. I have been a residential and commercial builder, home remodeler, and draftsman for 36 years. I have been a construction job site superintendent on residential and commercial projects. I have the latest computer drafting program. I can draw up 3D blueprint renderings for any of my Clients so they can obtain the necessary building permits.
