Living Process is a vertically integrated design/build firm, combining top-notch technical skills like 3D Modeling and client communication with efficient project management, working to deliver.
We work as a team of Revit and BIM Specialists with over 10 years of experience. We have done many residential projects from ADU's to large Mixed-Use Residential as well as commercial and civil projects. Using BIM, we can create product schedules that quantify windows, doors, etc, to get costs closer to expected, as well as have the ability to modify the plans, elevations, and 3D models all in sync with our schedules.
We also provide land surveys as well when needed, with our total station at hand, and can provide GIS data site plans. We can do city submittals and timeline schedules as well as development ROI research.
We can happily do any of the following:
- Do land surveys when a client has a challenging terrain
- Provide Site plans /As-Builts, and illustrative landscape design plans
- 3D Modeling and 2D Drafting for commercial and residential projects in Autodesk Revit
- Create context maps using satellite data, do site analysis, and create site diagrams for sun exposure, etc.
- Provide Renders, walkthroughs, and views of interiors and exteriors using either Revit or Lumion
- Remodeling/Adjustments swiftly with clients either on-screen share via Zoom or in person at our office
- Create colored floorplans and Elevations for presentations
- Organizing Sheets and Schedules
- PDF preparation for submittals
- Bring Submittals to the city and negotiate with them on revisions
- Do ROI analysis on your project
- Gather my team of contractors and engineers to develop your project
David has over 10 years of experience in architecture firms in Britain, Peru, and Italy. David has worked by the side of world-renowned Architect, Christopher Alexander, and had jumpstarted a wood inlay education course with Christopher and his family.
