TopNotchBalloonsxDecor was created in 2021 to make balloon installations for special moments. Dominique Watson, is the owner, whom specializes in organic balloon decor. She is currently servicing the DMV area, but also travels to different states. She has created special moments for baby showers, family reunions, birthdays, weddings, corporate events, grand openings, funerals/ memorial services, and many more. She started as a DIY artist who created monthly themed photo shoots for her daughter during the pandemic. As her passion grew, she eventually turned her hobby into a business.
