What I offer:
Experience, ability, and care. I've written menus for restaurants and lounges, themed cocktails to events, and clients' preferences, and so I work with fresh ingredients where ever its possible. I squeeze my own juice when requested, and can infuse my own syrups of tarragon, rosemary, sage & lavender, and I can make house-infused cordials to order. I have a great deal of experience with events, off-site, in homes, etc. as well as at professional venues.
Why I do this:
To first listen to, and then to attune to your interests and goals for the evening fills me up. To make a guest in your home feel well considered, and even special. Every person eventually is made happier and stronger by "discovering a way to contribute to those around them." Service work can do this for me. I have done enough of this to KNOW what a rich contribution the right service in the right moment can represent. So many social situations in which an intuitive yet non-intrusive service presence can create the opportunity for people to really connect with one another in a way it would be impossible to do while "tending to your own guests". I love it.
