I am a certified mixologist with 20 years of experience backed by certifications in mixology and alcohol awareness. I have strong knowledge of liquors, liqueurs, wine, and beer. I train staff in proper garnishing, cocktail science, etiquette, bar preparedness, and sanitization obligations. Very organized, clean, professional, & outgoing.
As a personal chef:
I started as a home chef 2 decades ago with a passion for flavor & no desire to work in a huge kitchen for a living. For me, I have always felt as if it would take all the fun away from being spontaneous & relaxed while creating something special. I tend to lean toward comfort foods from Grandma's kitchen, so super fresh ingredients prepared with love is a must. I am really just following my spice-laden path to Vidalia Valhalla, destined to make people happy along the way.

I may be omnivorous, but I draw the line at not being able to use dairy or eggs. No offense, it's just a personal preference.
I love everything about the hospitality industry, though focused on food and beverage. I try to keep traditional dishes & cocktails alive while still being creative with them. I thoroughly enjoy creating something tailored to a person's interests whether it's color, theme, or taste that needs to be unique. I am all about bold, rich, layered, fresh flavors. Upon meeting me, you'll understand how my flavor profile genuinely fits my personality.
I truly love teaching my version of art. There is something beautiful about watching your passion ignite the taste torch in another so that they may be able to pass it on. Ultimately, giving people & their guests a wonderful experience with fond memories is what I do best.
