My name is Shayla, and I am a bartender by trade, Social Worker (MSW) by profession. My services reflect range with certifications and extensive field experience in each category. I offer mediation, personal coaching, personal investigation, motivational speaking, deescalation trainings and mobile bartending. I have a Masters of Social Work with a speciality in clinical therapy, foster youth, group skills training, mental health, addiction and recovery, Indigenous health, Indigenous treaty rights, deescalation, policy, family law, interpersonal violence, public health and conflict resolution. I have been employed with Multnomah County in Portland, OR for over 5 years with their Joint Office of Homeless Services. I engaged in clinical mental health and addictions counseling for 2 years during my paid internship.
