Ari has worked as a Youth Fitness & Athletic Development Trainer, Sport Performance Trainer (Strength and Conditioning Coach), Basketball Instructor & Trainer, and Personal Trainer. His trainees have included aspiring athletes in a wide variety of sports, such as basketball, gymnastics, swimming, tennis, soccer, wrestling & MMA, dance, figure skating, hockey, softball, volleyball, horseback riding, and military special operations. Ari has studied fitness extensively and continues to analyze athletes’ movements both in person and on video. Ari has a strong background in overall program design i.e. adjusting what and how much to do throughout phases of training.
Besides in person training sessions Ari also offers consults that include guidance and recommendations.
Ari specializes in helping clients who want to become more athletic, reduce injuries, and have more energy. His sessions often include 1 to 3 specific items to add, adjust, emphasize, or change that can make a huge difference for each individual to improve and feel better.

For adult's training: $350 per session for 1 trainee, $200 each for 2 or 3 trainees. 4 or more trainees Semi-private / small group personal training sessions $175 each per session per trainee. Includes some exercise selection suggestions /guidelines. see possible additional fees below.
Also available: not in person, Workout Guidance with Nutrition Coaching program for $50 per week with an initial $1000 to get started.
For Kid's Fitness & Athletic Development Training:
$100 per session for 1 trainee, $75 each for more than 1 trainee.
Basketball Instruction and Training:
My rate is $150 for a Basketball session or $200 for a longer session for private sessions. Semi-private / small group personal training sessions are $75 per trainee for a session or $100 per person per session for longer sessions. Adding atleast 1 other person to do drills with and compete against can help you improve and make the session better. Ask if I have others interested to form a small semi-private training group session or form your own. Total can then be split between trainees. Suggested Minimum 28 session commitment. see possible additional fees below.

There is a travel fee. The travel fee can be split between trainees. If parking is difficult, inconvenient, etc. at the location any parking fees are additional. If training is in a facility / location / court that requires payment, any facility / location / court fees are additional.
Session length can vary based on what is best.
There is a 24 hour cancelation policy.
