I am excited that you are investing in your dreams and health. As a former Division I basketball player, women's professional football player and all around athlete, I specialize in not only the physical aspect of basketball training, but I also train in the mental and emotional skills needed to be consistently great at any level.

I prepare athletes to win at the game of life by training and instilling mental, physical and emotional habits of success.

I offer shooting, ball handling, passing, sport specific agility, etc. and overall applicable game knowledge for your athlete in each session.

In addition to physical workouts to do on your own, I would also give you exercises to build your mind, confidence, and life skills (if you request this specialized training).
