RODENT PROGRAM?
Our rodent program includes 3 service visits 3 to 5 days in between each other and a ** 1 YEAR GUARANTEE ** with rodent proofing completed by us. 1st service we provide a full inspection of your property to locate entry points( and we fix em too! Cost additional average price ranges $50 to $250 not every situation is the same though) We also set up traps once we've determined our action plan based on inspection.
2nd service is when we do proofing and fix the areas that are of concern as well as check the traps.
3rd service we either, based on rodent activity take the traps or leave them.
Rarely are additional visits ever necessary after the third visit.

COCKROACH PROGRAM?
We get rid of cockroaches! No matter how great an infestation!
We don't want to offer you more than you need. Price includes service and 30 day plus protection guarantee. We recommend at least 2 services which are required in order to eliminate the smallest of infestations and a 30 DAY PLUS PROTECTION GUARANTEE with each service. ( The products last for a month to a month and a half after they're applied so they continue to work even after the service is finished that's how the 30-day plus protection guarantee works) Any additional services needed cost is additional. Sometimes if you have a heavy infestation it might require an additional service(s) but 95 percent of the time we are able to eliminate your infestation within the first two services.
1st service eliminates any live activity. 2nd service should be around three weeks to a month later. When pregnant cockroaches die they drop their egg sac so the second service is geared towards eliminating any newly emerging cockroaches from the egg sacs.
Heavy infestations price may vary to fit your needs and customize service details.
