To Elevate means to raise or lift (something) up to a higher position. This is what I aim to do, not only in my life, but all lives. At least, as many lives as possible. Our being will Elevate as far as we wish to go! We must set the standard for who and what We are! It takes Action!
There are a multitude of services that me and my team can provide. We have primary areas of focus and expertise. These areas include Fitness and Life Coaching as well as Motivational Speaking. A description of each service is below. Choose which ever suits to be the best solution to your problem.
Motivational Speaking / Life Coaching:
Everyone apart of our team has had an amazing journey and understand the things and thought processes that are needed to move forward and maintain a happy and healthy life and well being.
Our mind can be our most powerful asset or our greatest enemy. Here at Elevated Being we teach breaking free from the "herd consciousness" which is being stuck in the mindset of the world and the apples it feeds us. Our fall from grace happened when we became "namers and knowers". I believe that wonder of who you are and the questioning of things that be help elevate and unlock the being inside you.

Personal/Athletic Training & Development:
Our founder, Jordan Harold, has been an athlete and has trained his whole life. Along with his experience of working with and being trained by some of the best in the business, he is also certified as a trainer. He has created a training style amongst our team of trainers that brings great results for various goals. You can work with an Elevated Being Team member, personally if you are in the West Palm Beach, FL and Atlanta, GA area. If not, online and over the phone training will be provided.
When it comes getting results in fitness and achieving your goals, you need the knowledge, intensity, and accountability to do so. The knowledge to know what to do and how to do it is the main reason why people don’t work out, get the results they need, or give up. Its more to loosing weight and staying fit than just working out. Even when it comes to nutrition. Again, you must know what and how much to eat to maximize your results.
You also must have the intensity necessary to maximize weight loss and muscle growth. Intensity doesn’t mean lifting a massive amount of weight or running on the treadmill as fast as you can for an hour. How long you’re squeezing your muscles and having control of your body during your exercise can dictate intensity level as well.
Accountability is the most important part. At the end of the day, your results are going to be on how hard you work and how hard you push yourself to get the results you need. If you don’t work for what you want and go through the process (and it is a process) , you will never complete it.
