I founded KMS Solutions to provide business advisory & technology services helping businesses become more efficient, effective and competitive. In my 42 years of consulting work I have consulted and advised over 300 organizations in the US and Europe. The projects are both large and small focused on strategy development, business and technology planning, systems development, operational reviews and business advisory services.
We help clients define their business processes and strategy in a clear, and concise manner. The work is done collaboratively with the client. With notable Fortune 500 corporate experience KMS has been gravitating to work with small and mid-sized businesses and startups since 2023. We offer our services currently at a significantly discounted rate as we build our reputation at Thumbtack. Our typical rates are $185 to $250 an hour.
