This is John O’Shea with DaVinci Custom Finishing. I’ve been restoring and refinishing woodwork for over 20yrs. I started in the furniture business with very little margin for error. I worked my way up from prep guy to master finisher. I learned a lot and became well versed in many different species of wood and mastered many different finishing techniques, applying every material under the sun, from solvent to water based stains and specialty coatings.
