I do not overbook. I want to have plenty of time to do the job properly.

I pre-spray the carpet and treat all stains and then steam extract with straight Clearwater to leave no residue that can attract dirt. I use the same basic principles to clean upholstery furniture and tile and grout.

Some other carpet cleaners put the cleaning solution in the steam water and leave soapy residue because they're in a hurry to get to the next job I don't do that.
