I use the basic technique that I learn from IICRC Carpet cleaning training. 1) Vacuuming, while am I am vacuuming I looking for spots that will not come out with regular cleaning, which lead me to the next step.
2) Spotting, coffees, goop, koolaid, inks, urine.
3) Chemical as I was vacuum I was Identified what type of carpet you have so I apply the correct pre-spray to apply to get the best results.
4) Agitation so this is a key factor in getting your carpet clean. it also called a deep cleaning. I recommend it you have not had your carpet cleaned in 1 year or more.
5) Steam rinse extraction, this the final step. This keeps your carpet from resoiling brings it back to neutral Ph. Soap attracts dirt so if I don't rinse the soap back out your carpet will get dirty quicker.
6) Dry time I really critical when it comes to how much water I use on your carpet.
