We utilize 2 cleaning methods. We can recommend what is the best method to use based on your cleaning needs. You have options. It just depends. We do both types of cleaning.
1. Hot Water Extraction : Common cleaning method of using hot or steamed water to thoroughly clean the carpets and remove all or most stains.
2. Low Moisture (Encapsulation) - Works just as well as the above process but this process favors faster dry times. (usually 1-3 hours)
Some Carpets may not need to be water-heat extracted every time. This process can be just as effective in cleaning your carpets without having to do another "Steam Clean" during that time.
