Hi,

I’m Mark Lorenz and I have been a chef for 16 years that was classically trained at Johnson and Wales University. I am very passionate about all types of cuisines from southern home style to 7 course plated wine dinners. I am currently a Resident Chef operating a cooking school for the public as well as being a Private Chef for numerous clients. I have done private parties in every type of venue possible and I am new to using Thumbtack for such opportunities.
