About

I currently own/operate Brasserie by Chef Aless in Massapequa Long Island. My family is French, from St Emilion. I'm trained in French cuisine, but am versatile and love to grill. I'm a private chef to NYC, the Hamptons and Connecticut for the past three years. I aim to please and can do events 2-300.

I have a full service team of bartenders and servers. Have a full liquor license for off premise events as well. And can take care of rentals for all size events.

I love to cook and see guests and hosts enjoying a seamless and delicious event.
