Hello, thank you for your interest in our catering company. We provide the best quality meat and everything is made from scratch all the way down to our own barbecue sauces. All of our meats are smoked slow and low for up to 14 hours over hickory and cherry wood for maximum taste and tenderness. We also provide everything you need for your event such as plates, utensils, cutlery and chafing dishes. We provide our items at the lowest cost we can because we know how expensive catering can be.
