With the blessing of being born in Nigeria and raised in London United Kingdom I had the opportunity to taste and experience the cultural dishes of many communities. From the strong unmistakable aroma of roasted garlic, to flavorful smell of curry or the grilled Turkish kebabs or the traditional fish and chips- you named it I loved it and tried it!
My love for food started in the very heart of my family home, my mums kitchen I was always her sous chef without the title or pay but I learnt the importance of prep, seasoning and the love that quality tasting food requires.

My favorite cuisines to cook are but not limited to Caribbean, Nigerian, Italian, Mediterranean, Southern Dishes, American classics and some fusion dishes.
