Hi my name is Vanessa Simon. I am 34 years old. I graduate from Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts in 2019 with honors. Since then I have been a Sous Chef and Head Chef at many different restaurant types. I have also catered many different events from baby showers to private dinners.
