Cravin' Flava is a company after my own heart. It is my passion. I have been cooking from a young age and new that, that's what I wanted to do when i became a little older. In the heat of the pandemic, I took the step of faith and decided to launch my business, bringing this company from just a thought to a reality. With my Caribbean roots and heritage and a dash of the American culinary scene, I was able to create Cravin’ Flava. It has been nothing but a blessing even in the midst of everything.
