We are a family boutique catering business that focuses on fun presentation with memorable food that delights all the senses! We only take a few jobs per month and use this opportunity to teach our children (ages 14-21) about business principles and integrity. My husband, Jim, does the meat when he’s not being a lawyer, Ridgley does the desserts, the younger girls and Max help out with serving and logistics and I do all the rest when I’m not teaching makeup on TikTok. We are never stuffy, always fun, and want you to feel like you’re working with people you can truly be yourself with! Flexibility is a point of pride for us and we never add surprise fees or charge you for things we would always do anyway (like clean up, cake cutting, busing tables, travel). And we are custom!! We love a challenge and often our best work ends up being food we’ve never done before! If we can make a lofty dream come true with an average budget then we have met our goal! And since Jim doesn’t get paid to be chained to the smoker ? our prices are always better than anyone else’s!
