Our kitchen is spearheaded by the renowned Chef Chucho Rojas, who has honed his culinary skills in several prestigious one, two, and three-star Michelin restaurants in France, including La Vieille Enseigne and Au Cocodrille. He is an alumnus of the esteemed Gregoire Ferrandi school and has contributed to research for the French Academy of Sciences.
Working alongside Chucho is our dedicated in-house team, ensuring your project is expertly managed from start to finish. This includes the expertise of a dedicated Project Manager who coordinates every aspect of your event.
