Started in NYC cooking for Jean George, Blue Hill and a stint at Michlelin starred Per Se. from there, we started catering and cooking for celebrities, private cheffing, weddings, and dinner parties on both coasts. We have opened restaurants and have designed menus and love what we do! We bring creativity, passion, and joy anytime we have the honor of making your event special!
Well versed in a multitude of cuisines, tasting menus, farm to table, etc as well as speciality diets, kosher, gluten free, vegan. We have been the private chef to Bruce Willis, Ryan Seacrest, Billie Eilish and basketball players among everyday people who want perfectly well executed events and delicious food! We can customize any menu you would like and can handle perfectly a dinner for 10 or a wedding of 500!
