Before starting Falcon IT, I spent 16 years as an engineer with Northrop Grumman, working on contracts for the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). During that time, I led teams and specialized in network security, cyber security, mission planning, and systems engineering. I’m also a retired United States Air Force Law Enforcement Officer. My educational background includes an associate degree in Criminal Justice, a bachelor’s in Computer Science, and a master’s in Engineering.
My passion for working with clients, configuring computer systems, and staying on top of cutting-edge technology motivated me to launch Falcon IT. Here, the focus is on creating real, personal connections with our customers—think of us as your dedicated “IT team,” rather than a faceless big-box tech service.
