Hello, my name is Richard Shelling and I am currently a Senior Technician for Dell. I have plenty of experience with troubleshooting remotely as I resolve at least 20 tickets per day on average. I also worked for an IT department at a corporate office where I learned the professional ins and outs of in-person troubleshooting.
