How we work:
We will call you and ask you to install a remote access application on your computer. This is usually AnyDesk or TeamViewer. We will then send a connection request and you will need to approve it, and we can work with your computer online as if the technician were right next to you.
You will see all the specialist's actions on your screen. When the work is completed, we will disconnect from your computer and have no further access. You can also uninstall AnyDesk or TeamViewer right after our help. It's easy and secure.
