Over 50 years in the construction business and 40 years supervisory. I have built many turnkey custom homes In Colorado Hawaii and Arkansas. I was a superintendent on the Mitchell basketball arena in Mobile (bigger than Bud Walton arena) responsible for all subcontractor coordination and personally surveyed and set all steel layout and all control lines and ran the in house carpentry masonry concrete and labor crews. Never missed a day or late in those two years. And, heck, if you need an experienced steeplejack I built the Fay Jones church steeple in Eureka Springs at the Thorncrown Chapel location. The steeple tops out at 105 above ground and I did this hanging from a rope! I have also supervised numerous commercial projects. My extensive hands on experience includes milling my own unique trim work profiles and accurate post and beam and log construction. And, whoa, do I have the tools!
