I am the daughter of Andrew Carrera, founder of Carrera Custom Homes, Inc. I assumed the role as President after my father passed away in January of 2019. Before taking on my new role I served as twenty-year veteran. Most recent at United States Northern Command & NORAD. Planning and executing the Vigilant Guard Joint Regional Exercise Program to train and assess the preparedness and capability of National Guard personnel and plans in joint civil-military response to Homeland Security/Homeland Defense incidents. My experience in strategic planning, scheduling and budgeting prepared me for my endeavor. My leadership and planning skills have brought great value to clients and projects.
