I am a trained chef, recipe developer, food stylist and educator with over 25 years of experience. I hold a degree from The Culinary Institute of America as well as a certification in plant-based nutrition from Cornell University. I own and operate a cooking school for children of all ages as well as adults and individuals with disabilities.
Each class is custom tailored to meet each client's tastes and preferences. My style of teaching is one that is relaxed, full of information and deliciously fun. Cooking should be enjoyable and that is what I bring to the kitchen.
