All teachings are based on The American Heart Association's new 2015 guidelines. CPR instruction is a lifesaving technique that I hold close to my heart as it is a daily risk factor in my household. Knowing when and how to utilize CPR, first aid, and Basic Life Support are both important and beneficial to you and to the others around you. Having worked with abused and neglected children, individuals with special needs, and having a son with a life-threatening illness has taught me the value of knowing life-saving techniques. I find the tools that I teach are not limited to caregivers. Whether you are a stay at home mom, work in construction, at a grocery store, a library, as a chef, or in customer service, these skills are invaluable and can be utilized at any time.
I truly enjoy instructing my classes! I find the more interacting the easier it is for students to remember the skills being taught. I am also extremely flexible when it comes to various circumstances. These skills are important- so we will figure out how to make this work for you!
